Stress is a big problem in today’s society, and should be a priority and taken care of when it comes to training and every day life, here are a few ways to help. . .

🏋🏻‍♂️Move your Body- whether it’ll be time in the gym or going for a walk, start with 10 minutes and if it begins to work keep it up 👌.

👫 Be Social- surround yourself that are positive and motivated, it’ll rub off on you.

❌Say No- you don’t have to please everyone all the time, be a little bit selfish.

🏅Achievements- Start the day doing simple tasks like making the Bed, achieving small things lead to the bigger achievements.

💤 Get some sleep- You do most of your recovery during your sleep, including your 🧠. It helps with the capability of thinking clearly.

💻 Social Media- avoid social media as much as possible. It usually leads to comparing yourself to others.. not helpful.

💪🏻Actions- Actions lead to routine, routine releases stress. .
