Corey Davies & DVS Personal Training
Corey has been a Personal Trainer and Coaching People for over 10 years now, as a Trainer he invests his knowledge and skills that he had learnt over time to obtain the best outcomes for his Clients. He is most passionate in Hypertrophy, Muscle Development and Strength Building training styles but has extensive experience in other aspects in the industry through his long ongoing career. These include: Fitness/Sports Development, Power Lifting and Obstacle Racing.
Corey has long dreamt to build a business that successfully helps share and teach people on how to achieve their fitness Goals in the best way possible.
Growing up, Corey was never known for his fitness and was particularly “skinny” living an under privileged childhood. Those who knew Corey 10 years ago know he was a very shy person. At only 60kg, Corey was one of the smallest players on the Gridiron team, therefore attending the gym was the only option if he was to prevent getting injuries or to be beaten in general. 3 years later and 15kgs heavier Corey started taking his training to a more serious level and after being coached for a period of time found himself Coaching and Helping others to be better themselves. 4 years on after falling in love with the job he has taken his coaching down a New Path (DVS Personal Training).
Corey’s years in the Industry has led him to gaining and achieving much experience.
Including: Multiple Obstacle Races & fun runs, 5 Years of American Football, Assisting/ Coaching in multiple Power Lifting meets including Nationals 2017, 6 Placings with ICN Victorian Championships (Natural Bodybuilding).
Corey, through years of experience in the fitness industry, now dedicates his time to help others maximise their potential, teach skills, motivate and transform people’s lives.
