Fitness Tips from me to you..

Just some simple overlooked points to help you get started on fitness journey that I’ve learnt over the years that I wish I knew from the beginning. (Hopefully these will help you).

  1. Include Protein with each meal on your Menu. Eat Carbs after you train. Sprinkle Fats throughout the day for hormone health & to keep you full (examples: avocado, nuts and feta).

  2. The QUALITY of your sessions is so much more important then the volume of sessions you do.

  3. Be in a Calorie Deficit to loose fat/weight, Calorie Surplus to Gain Muscle/size. This includes knowing your BMR & TDEE.

  4. If your weight changes & body develops, your BMR & TDEE will change with it.

  5. No FAD DIET beats clean fresh wholesome food. Just be conscious of what you consume.

  6. Quality Sleep = Good Recovery.

  7. Make your Bed every morning to kickstart a productive day, it gets the ball rolling.

  8. Meal prep if you live a busy lifestyle. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

  9. If you have an urge to eat a particular food its a ‘Mental Hunger’. If your stomach is rumbling & you can eat anything, its a genuine hunger.
